Can't access email to get 6-digit code

I can login successfully,  but needs me to check 6-digit code in email.

 

Before immigration, login dropbox never needs me to check 6-digit code in email.

After immigration, it needs me to check 6-digit code in email. (same computer)

 

My email account was disabled (long time no use and I forgot the password), I can't login to my email to check the 6-digit code.

I only want to login Dropbox without check email 6-digit code, so what can I do?

Yesterday, I sent a picture of the email you sent me of the account in Dropbox and the message that appears asking for the security code, but I did not receive any response. Did you receive the message I sent?

I have an old account with Dropbox.  It know the email and old password but that email does not exist anymore to access the 6 digit security number from to enter into the account.  I have tried the suggestions in the help section -that is a colossal waste of time by the way.  Can anyone help me with this?

Could you contact the support team by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link

Please make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.

I don’t have access to email I used to set up my drop box , so unable to Receive 6 digit code to open drip box

Hi @Jimi14, could you contact the support team by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link?

Make sure to enter an email to which you can receive and send emails from.
