      I'm having the same issue, I took the 30 day free trial then it would turn into the 11.99 a month which is fine, but it took my money and the dropbox app says there's an error and didn't upgrade at all.

    I have exactly the same problem - I’ve tired a few times in the past - it takes my money and just tried again “unknown error occured” and can’t contact anyone because I’m basic - even though I’ve paid now and once before for the upgrade ! How to I get my upgrade or my money back ??????

      May I ask if you've received an email with your purchase's receipt? 

       

      Also, can you please clarify if you upgraded your account through the website directly or if it was via the app store on a mobile device?

       

      Do you happen to have another Dropbox account perhaps, associated with another email address of yours?

      I received an apple subscription confirmation yes. Nothing from Dropbox.

        Can you open the Dropbox app, tap on 'account', then on the gear icon and then on 'restore purchases', to see if that helps?

    Please can someone help. It appears I’ve been charged after trying to upgrade my plan due to storage.

    Apple took my money 9.99, and app error and now it’s still a basic account?? - it didn’t work I cannot contact support (basic) the irony.

    I want to upgrade - the same happened in the past also, I need help from support but basic offered no support. Why do I get charged and the upgrade doesn’t work ? Contact support limited to upgraded accounts?

    I purchased Dropbox Proffessional Plan but My accont was not upgraded. It says “ Upgrade Failed an unkown error occurred. Please contact Dropbox support. “ and then i press “ Restore Purchases “ button it says “ unable to restore purchases:the operation couldn’t be completed.(NSURLErrorDomain error 409 “ please help 😞

      When you visit your plan page right here, what is the subscription you see? I'm asking in case the account has already been upgraded. 

       

      Can you clarify if you're trying to purchase the Professional plan through an in-app subscription from your mobile or directly using our website?

        it seems dropbox basic. i was subscribed it from app store on my iphone. yeah in-app subscription.
