I got an error while upgrading, but the money has been taken out of my account
I literally just upgraded from basic to a plus account because I cant access a shared file I need. Bought it and it said error, restored purchases still get a error....Literally JUST bought this subs...

I have exactly the same problem - I’ve tired a few times in the past - it takes my money and just tried again “unknown error occured” and can’t contact anyone because I’m basic - even though I’ve paid now and once before for the upgrade ! How to I get my upgrade or my money back ??????

May I ask if you've received an email with your purchase's receipt?
Also, can you please clarify if you upgraded your account through the website directly or if it was via the app store on a mobile device?
Do you happen to have another Dropbox account perhaps, associated with another email address of yours?
