I got an error while upgrading, but the money has been taken out of my account
I literally just upgraded from basic to a plus account because I cant access a shared file I need. Bought it and it said error, restored purchases still get a error....Literally JUST bought this subs...

I'm having the same issue, I took the 30 day free trial then it would turn into the 11.99 a month which is fine, but it took my money and the dropbox app says there's an error and didn't upgrade at all.
