I got an error while upgrading, but the money has been taken out of my account
I literally just upgraded from basic to a plus account because I cant access a shared file I need. Bought it and it said error, restored purchases still get a error....Literally JUST bought this subs...

Can you clarify if you're trying to purchase the Professional plan through an in-app subscription from your mobile or directly using our website?

it seems dropbox basic. i was subscribed it from app store on my iphone. yeah in-app subscription.
