Changing from Monthly to Annual plan through Google Play Store
Hello! I have a monthly plus membership through the Google Play store. I would like to change it to an annual membership as I assume that will save me money. However, when I go to do this through the play store, it says "this Google account does not have a subscription to your current plan." But I do, I pay for it every month. How can this be resolved please?

Hey EmmaRoseR, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so that we can have a visual too?
Also, have you ensured that you're using the same email address for your Dropbox account and your Google Play account?
Keep us posted, Emma!

I would like to show you a screenshot but I'm not sure how to do that here. As for your other question, yes, I have checked that my Google Play and Dropbox accounts are both signed in with my mail gmail account. - EmmaRoseRNew member | Level 2
