Getting charged for a monthly bill, but can't find the account

Hi, we're getting charged $65/month for Dropbox on our business credit card but can't find the account it's tied to. We've asked our employees (we're a small team) and nobody is using Dropbox. It may possibly be tied to a former employee but we really don't know. Who can we reach out to help look into our monthly charge to find out what account it's tied to so that we can go ahead and cancel it (most likely)?

  • Hey @davidlosangeles, thanks for joining us on the Dropbox Community.

Have you taken a look at our payment lookup tool

If it's a Dropbox credit card charge, it should give you the email address of the account linked to the payment.

If you have any questions, let me know!

      Hi Hannah,

I am having the same problem. I tried the payment lookup tool and it's not returning anything. I have months and months worth of charges, but my account says I only have the free plan. I can't find any way to contact anyone at Dropbox ever, so I've just been paying it. Could you please help?!

Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
