Payment failed - unable to contact support on existing case
Hi
I have a problem paying for my upgrade. I have had Dropbox Plus for ages but now the payment page just loops back after approving capcha without any errors.
I had a case with advanced support. They closed it saying that it should be working now... but it doesnt.
Not I just get a reply that it's not monitored as I've been downgraded to basic.
Any idea to how I get hold of someone?
