"Add Block Detected" when downloading files

each time I try to download a file I get a message saying "ADD BLOCK DETECTED" although I have allowed all add's inc 3rd party & I have followed the instruction what to do I still get the message!!??

am I doing something wrong or is there a way around it?

    Have you made sure that pop-ups aren’t being blocked for the Dropbox website? 

     

    Can you please temporarily disable AdBlock, and try to download your files from Dropbox then? 

     

    Let me know if any of these suggestions work for you.

      yes I have made sure that ALL pop ups from ALL websites, ever 3rd party are allowed & still the same issue.

    yes I have disabled that too, I have a feeling that I have to pay & join to be able to download the files !!!

      No, that's not the case, and I've never known Dropbox to even detect an ad blocker, let alone prevent downloads because of one. I run an ad blocker all the time and have never seen Dropbox detect it.

       

      Are you sure the message is coming from Dropbox? Can you provide a screenshot of the error that you're getting? Have you tried to temporarily disable your ad blocker and tried the download again?
