I can log in to dropbox.com. I pay monthly. I cannot see a single file or folder on dropbox.com. I need to see them because I have some folders that are online only and do live on my harddrive. has anyone found a fix? The chat is a joke and doesn't help and apparently I'm not paying enough for an email or phone call support (outrageous). I hope you users of dropbox can help. thanks so much.Solved36Views0likes5CommentsPlease darken and enlarge the font in Support chats.
The font in Support chat is very pale, there is not sufficient contrast to read easily. The current font is very hard to read because of this lack of contrast. Please darken and enlarge the font to make it easier to read Please refer to ticket number 249-22794 dropbox support chat as an example. Its amazing that companies can be so messed up and have such contempt for their paying users that think insulting them with "shaming messages" is an effective strategy. It's bad enough endlessly popping up these BS messages trying to get paying customers to pay annually, insulting them by making them click "I don't like to save" to get rid of the message is the cherry on the cake.58Views0likes5CommentsIs there an automatic date change to current date when uploading?
Why this automatic change of date to current date when upload files to Dropbox -- no other cloud type storage system does this date change? I use both Safari & Windows (depending which laptop I use at time) to do these file uploads. Its a pain in butt that it changes date so I have to upload then go in and modify to date I want. -- I've read about some synching option but not relevant. I see others have raised this issue but no real ownership by DropBox to fix it seems? Has anyone found a way to turn off this auto date change function?Solved2.1KViews2likes11CommentsExport screen keeps getting stuck
Suddenly I can no longer Export my DropBox files to any format: Markdown, PDF, etc. Every time I try to export, I keep getting stuck on the screen with the little wizard that says "Waiting to start..." but my file never actually exports. I've had this issue for about a week now, and other coworkers on my team have as well.33Views0likes5CommentsNaming conventions are sometimes buggy in subfolders.
I have a parent folder with an automation that's supposed to rename every file in its subfolders to a certain format, but it's been very buggy on if it actually works or not... I don't know if it's just bugged or if there is a solution. I'm using file requests in every child folder if that helps.161Views1like21Comments
