Not receiving 6 digit verification code

I have been trying to access my dropbox account for the past month and have not received any 6 digit access code emails or any password reset emails, or for that matter any emails from Dropbox. I pay a monthly subscription fee so I don't think my account has been shut down as I have seen in other threads. I NEED these files!

Hi Nancy,

 

I managed to log in into dropbox support forum with my right email aadress that has problems recieving 6 digit verification code.
Please try to send me an email.

All other emails are coming in nicely, except dropbox emails.

I have the exact same problem. No emails received. I’m finding it hard that there is no one to actually talk to about any issues.

Tried all I know , email been deleted ,that’s associated with drop box , can set up new email with same email address but still can’t receive email with the 6 digit code
