I verified my email but it doesn't register as verified

I'm trying to share a folder through a link. It wants me to verify my email address. I've verified my email by clicking the link it sends me about 10 times now, but it still doesn't register as verified, even under my account settings. I'm unable to chat with support because I don't have access to it.

    Hey jrogers1, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

    Can you try logging in to your account from a different browser, to see if your email still looks unverified?

    If so, try to verify it from that other browser and let us know if it makes any difference.

      similar problem.  Dropbox sends me a verification code when I try to update my password, but when I input the verification code I get an error message saying this is the wrong verification code and to please try again.  Maddening!
