Upgrade account problems , website and google store
Hi, I'm having trouble upgrading my Dropbox plan. When I pay for it through the Google Store, the payment doesn't go through and I'm still on the Basic plan. When I try to do it through the website, I can't pay with my credit card or PayPal. I get a message telling me to contact support. It seems like there's a problem with my account, and I can't upgrade to Dropbox Plus or get my extra storage space.

Hi hugog4, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info and explain the issue you're experiencing.

I followed the steps you gave me, but I don't see the option to talk to support. I was able to cancel my Google Pay subscription, but the page still won't let me pay and upgrade to the Dropbox Plus plan.

Just for clarification, did you already have a Google Play subscription for Dropbox, since it sounded like you didn't have one in your original post?
