I followed the steps you gave me, but I don't see the option to talk to support. I was able to cancel my Google Pay subscription, but the page still won't let me pay and upgrade to the Dropbox Plus plan.

Just for clarification, did you already have a Google Play subscription for Dropbox, since it sounded like you didn't have one in your original post?

yes i have a subscription through Apple, then I changed it to Google Pay due to a change in my mobile device. Then I changed my payment card on Dropbox and from there it started to have problems. I canceled my subscription because it did not recognize the payment through the Google Store, and when trying to do it through the web it does not let me pay it either.
