I want to cancel my Dropbox Sign Essentials plan, but I can't as I'm on Basic?
Good morning,
Today, I received an e-mail stating that if I don't cancel my Dropbox Sign Essentials plan, I will be charged 160 euros.
However, going into my account, if I go to Settings, I don't see a billing tab where the cancel instructions direct me to.
Furthermore, it states that my current plan is Dropbox Basic. Therefore, I would like to know which steps I can take. The account must be cancelled until the 28th of June, and I intent to do so, but after following the instructions I was still not able to cancel it.
I seek clarification in regards to the status of my account, is it an Essentials plan or a Basic one? Will I be charged or no? If so, how can I cancel it?
Thank you.
Hi cmssilva, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Are you certain that you're signed into the correct Dropbox account? Do you see any confirmed payments (with an invoice and receipt) on this page on your account?
Could you use the card lookup tool to see if you signed up under a different email address? This will help me to assist further!
