Dropbox keeps trying to charge me and I have the free option. How the heck can I get ahold of support? This is absolutely ridiculous

I cancelled my subscription months ago and keep getting charged. My account even says that I have the basic plan, and I get emails saying I need to come back, but I have been charged monthly all along. This is apparently the only way to reach out for help that isn't ai. How do I make this stop?

Are you receiving charges on your credit card directly through Dropbox or are they Apple iTunes/Google Play charges?

Hi FrustratedFormerUser, you can contact the support team by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
