Incorrect email at sign up cannot access email to verify
Incorrect email was entered at sign up (Different account to the one I'm currently posting on), payment has been taken but I cannot login as i cannot provide the verification code. I have raised a ticket a week ago which has "resolved" with no communication or actions for it to be resolved. I need urgently need access to the account.

Please can a member of dropbox contact ASAP - there are posts after my post that have already received support by dropbox staff.
Why has my ticket been resolved and why is nobody coming back to me this is super urgent. A payment was taken a week ago and I cannot access the account or speak to anybody to help rectify the issue???

24269723 - there hasn't been any communication, I raised the issue and was sent an email on 23/09 to say it has been resolved.
