24269723 - there hasn't been any communication, I raised the issue and was sent an email on 23/09 to say it has been resolved.

I see that you got a reply from one of our team members on the ticket, but she never heard back from you, that's why the ticket is resolved, due to inactivity.
You can still reply, though, so that she can continue assisting you.
Make sure to do so as soon as possible!

I didn't receive the response, what email is this going to is it going to the email I cannot access? When I click on the ticket number via email it says "Opps something went wrong" when I click on my requests it says I do not have any help requests.

The ticket was loaded to a non dropbox account, I have now registered that email and gained access to the ticket.
