I can't access my Dropbox account due to 2-step authentication
Dropbox has turned on 2-step authentication without my permission. Problem is, I have left my job and don’t have access to my old phone or email so cannot provide the code for access. The Dropbox has only personal items in it, which I wish to move to another Dropbox set up using my personal account. I have written to them on 4 occasions but not getting anything back.
Does anyone have any advice please?

Hi MattBozz, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link. From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to enter the same email you use to login to Dropbox.
Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response sent via email in a few minutes, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system.
- MattBozzExplorer | Level 3I am not being provided with a ticket number, only a generic acknowledgement of my enquiry. I have submitted twice today.

Could you try using an email address you are able to access when creating the support ticket?
