If I don't pay my subscription will Dropbox delete all my files?

If I don't pay my subscription will it delete all my files that goes past the non premium limit so I was js if it'll delete my files bc of that

    Dropbox do reserve the rights to delete files if you go over quota, yes. 

     

    They will warn you before they do it, however, it is not recoverable once it happens.
