Issue with the payment method but I found a payment invoice

Hello how are you ... I wish you a happy new year.. I have a problem with the payment method. A notification appears on my subscription that I must pay, but when I pay, it does not accept the visa and a problem appears (please update your billing information). What can I do about it? But I found a payment invoice dated 12-16-2024. Has the deduction been made? And if I really paid the subscription, why does a sign appear that the application will close after 24 hours if I do not pay? Please, can you help me with that? Please reply

    Happy New Year! It sounds like there may be an issue with your payment details or processing. First, double-check that your billing information is up to date and that your card hasn’t expired. If you found an invoice from December 16th, it’s worth confirming with your payment provider or checking your bank statement to see if the payment was processed. If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to customer support for the service to clarify the payment status and resolve the notification error.
