De dropbox app op mijn ipad loopt regelmatig vast en dan kan ik niks meer. Alleen opnieuw opstarten, 1 document bewerken lukt dan, maar ander document benaderen wil niet meer.

The dropbox app on my ipad regularly crashes and then I can't do anything. Only reboot, editing 1 document then succeeds, but accessing another document is no longer possible.

Kun je me alsjeblieft de exacte OS-versie van je apparaat en de app-versie van je Dropbox-app met me delen?

 

Had je updates op je Dropbox-app/-apparaat voordat dit probleem begon?

 

Houd me op de hoogte voor eventuele updates.

Can you please share with me the exact OS version of your device, as well as the app version of your Dropbox app? 

 

Did you have any updates on your Dropbox app/device before this issue started?

iPadOS 16.3 en DropBox app versie 314.2.2. Probleem speelt al langere tijd, er zullen vast updates overheen gegaan zijn.

Not a specific file, it occurs in different circumstances. If it helps I can at the next error give the specific details.

I just tried. Opening a Word document in the Dropbox app in Word, then back to Dropbox and then the screen is dead, not a single action is possible anymore.

Okay, so the file opens in Word, and then when you return to Dropbox, the app doesn't work. Did you make any changes in the Word file or leave it as is?

Both, but curious is that I just tried and now Dropbox works porperly.

Dear All,

 

My dropbox folder in the Ipad FILE menu was working fine for couple months, but since the latest IpadOS Update, i have the freezing issue Again

Apple must really not like you to make this kind of bug happens.... It is really annoying 

Need more support?
