Dropbox app crashes on iPad

De dropbox app op mijn ipad loopt regelmatig vast en dan kan ik niks meer. Alleen opnieuw opstarten, 1 document bewerken lukt dan, maar ander document benaderen wil niet meer. ---------------------...

iPadOS 16.3 en DropBox app versie 314.2.2. Probleem speelt al langere tijd, er zullen vast updates overheen gegaan zijn.

Hi HarmSchreiber, does this occur when editing a specific file or file type, or does it apply regardless of what file you're trying to edit?

    Not a specific file, it occurs in different circumstances. If it helps I can at the next error give the specific details.

    I just tried. Opening a Word document in the Dropbox app in Word, then back to Dropbox and then the screen is dead, not a single action is possible anymore.

      Okay, so the file opens in Word, and then when you return to Dropbox, the app doesn't work. Did you make any changes in the Word file or leave it as is?

        Both, but curious is that I just tried and now Dropbox works porperly.
