Unable to download Dropbox Paper Android - Was made for an older version of Android
Hi - I have a Fairphone 5 on Android 14 and I recently went to install Dropbox Paper, but the Play Store says that the app was made for an older version of Android and thus am unable to download it. I have tried joining the beta program to see if that changed things, but it did not. Is this a known issue? Is Dropbox releasing an update soon? How can I install Dropbox Paper?
Make functions available everywhere, regardless of the platform
It is incredibly annoying and time- wasting that some functions are only available in the browser, others only on the desktop and still others only in the smartphone app. Who is supposed to see through that? Can you please make the range of functions available everywhere, regardless of platform?
There's no login option on the Dropbox app for iPhone (just the option to create an account).
I have had a Dropbox account for years, and I recently downloaded the Dropbox app on my iphone 15, which I got to replace a previous iphone that I damaged beyond the ability to use. I am logged into Dropbox on my Mac and in my browser. When I went to log into the Dropbox app on my new phone, I was presented with an interface to create a new account, but not to log in. I went ahead and entered my email and password for my existing account in that interface, thinking it would provide me with a login interface once it recognized that an account with those credentials already exists. But it doesn't. So I can't find any way to use this app. What is the solution?Is there a way to run the Dropbox app in the background on my iPhone?
Hey everyone, I just switched to an Android from an iPhone. I am facing a feature problem that I loved on my iPhone! Which is, if I open up an audio file from my dropbox app I can just do other stuff on my phone. On android however, it stops playing whenever I switch over to a different app. Is there a way to let it run in the background just like the iPhone? Thanks!
