Error 500 when trying to delete account

Hi,

 

I got Error 500 when trying to delete my account.

I tried with firefox, edge, chrome. Same error every time.

Can you help ?

    Do you receive this error message right after inserting your Dropbox password or before that? 

     

    Can you please open an incognito window on your browser instead, and give this one more try?

    Hello, I'm experiencing difficulty in deleting my Dropbox account. I have followed all the necessary steps, but when I try to proceed, I encounter a '500 error' page. This happened several times (in different days)
    Can you please assist me with this issue?

    I am trying to delete my account but keep getting an error 500.
    Read the other forum question like this but didn’t really help. I have a Dropbox basic account & have deleted all pics vids etc.

      Longwayround, can you please try to access your Dropbox account via a different browser, or even incognito mode, and let me know if any of that helps with deleting your account?

        Hi Nancy have tried incognito & a private browser (DuckDuckGo) no luck. Still getting the error 500 message.

    It is November now, and this issue has still not been fixed. I can only assume on purpose. Please delete my account immediately.

      Hi Deleteaccount, do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?

    Dropbox will not allow me to delete my account. The message says I have an active apple subscription, but that is incorrect. My free trial ended December 2, 2023.
