Hey calvinbradshaw - thanks for posting on our Community!
I'm afraid there's no way to do this from the Admin Console at this time. Each user would need to do it from their end manually. Alternatively, you could utilize the 'Sign-in as' feature to do this from the admin side.

This capability really is a must in our highly private environment!! Not to mention the emails contain images of the documents as well which if sent externally could cause all sorts of issues...
The "log in as" approach also does not allow you to disable all forms of notification, at least one form (added or deleted) needs to be checked to get the Confirm button to become active!
