My account is in Russian, I only know English
I can't reset the language preference to English, I don't read Russian so can't find preferences, or know which one says "English" because it's in Russian.

Can you clarify where you're seeing this? Is it the Dropbox website or the desktop app?
For the website, the steps to change the language in Russian would be the following:
- Click on your initials or profile pic at the upper right corner of the page
- Click on "настройки"
- In the "Основные настройки" tab, scroll down to "Язык" and click on "изменить"
From there, you can choose the English language.
