Upgrade account and paid but nothing happend

I upgraded My account last week. I paid for one year but I didn’t received a confirmation mail. And the account hasn’t been upgraded. Van someone help?

    Did you upgrade on the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app?

    According to your card statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?

      I can’t see the payment on the website you send.

      I updraded in the website of Dropbox.
      The payment was charged by Dropbox.

        Hey AngelaS238, sorry to jump in here.

        It sounds like you're looking at another account other than the one you upgraded. 

        Can you try our self-served look up tool to identify the email address that's associated with your payment's details? 

        Is it an exact match with the one you see under your plan tab?

      I clicked on the upgrade button on the app.  I was cheated on my credit card by iTunes.

    I paid for the professional upgrade $19.99 and it charged my credit card but did not give me the additional storage I paid for.  Any suggestions?

        I made the upgrade on the app own my iPad. It shows as a iTunes payment on my credit card.

    Hi
    I am getting similar issues to others. In that I have a paid subscription that gets charged but does not upgrade comes up with the standard 2gb. Go to upgrade says I already have one. Go to restore purchases and it again fails
    Unable to restore NSURLErrorDomain error409.

      I’ve deleted the account and the app and reinstalled. Removed from subscriptions in Apple and reinstalled. Nothing works. Very frustrating.

        Your last message was not readable for some reason.  I prefer not to have to use a different app as all my colleagues use Dropbox.  But it is very frustrating that I paid actually twice one for $11.99 and and again for $19.99 and am not able to use the app.  Is there anyone who can help me?  Ray

    Several days ago I paid for additional space, my credit card was charged but I cannot access the additional space.  I upgraded even more, charged again and still cannot access what I paid for.  I am not sure what to do at this point.  Very frustrating. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

    I paid for additional storage and I keep getting no space left messages.  At this time nobody seems to be able to offer any suggestions to get this corrected.  Is Dropbox just not a useful tool?  Would it work to delete my Dropbox and start over with a completely new account?

    So, I have asked for advice here but nobody seems to be able to help me, even though I have had a few suggestions which I really appreciate.  So, I deleted my Dropbox and tried to create a new one with a different email address and I still get the same error messages saying they are unable to upgrade my storage, although they take my money EVERY TIME.  This is super frustrating.  Is there any kind of help desk or can anyone suggest a competitor to Dropbox which actually works?
