Ugrade Options from 2 GB basic account

Our volunteer Sporting club has been using a 2GB free Dropbox account for about 10 years.

We have no received this email message from a no-reply address

"URGENT: Your Dropbox is full and is no longer syncing files. You need more space in order to automatically sync with the cloud.

Here's access to up to 3 TB (3,000 GB) of space."

So my first problems is I cannot find anyway on the website to reply directly to dropbox to question our options.

I would like to question the upgrade options that are linked to this message as the cheapest option is an upgrade to 3,000 GB at a cost of A$184.67 per year.

Since we have been bubbling along for years under the 2 GB limit it is obvious we don't need to jump to 3000 GB of storage. The cost is also too high as we have been using an alternate provider for map storage who provided 100 GB of storage for about A$40.00 per year.

So is there a more moderately sized and priced upgrade option with Dropbox?

Hi there Sunshine Orienteers, thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to the Community!

I just wanted to mention that you can find all of our available plans along with their features in our plans page.

    I hope this helps!
