''There was a problem completing this request'' when accessing my Billing tab
Hi, so I used a month free trial of the professional plan and when it ended, I want to pay for a subscription for the same plan, I can't open the billing tab I get a message says ''There was a problem completing this request'' so I can't even add my card info and pay
I tried different devices and different networks, but I get the same error message.
I need to subscribe for my work, how can I solve this problem please?

How did you take the trial out? Was it on a mobile device? If so you need to upgrade and pay via that - i.e. the AppStore.
