Subscription product upgrade failed

카드 결제가 이뤄져 일반 결제가 시작됐는데 기존 상품에서 플러스 상품으로 변경이 되지 않았다. 해결하려고 해도 어쩔 수 없다.

Card payment was made and regular payment began, but the change from the existing product to the Plus product did not occur. Even if you try to solve it, there is nothing you can do.

    Do you see any confirmed payments (with an invoice and receipt) on this page on your account?

    Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app? According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?

        JJLEE 님, 안녕하세요. 두 개의 Dropbox 계정이 두 개의 서로 다른 이메일에 연결되어 있는지 설명해 주시겠어요?

         

        청구 금액과 연결된 거래 ID가 있는 경우 셀프 서비스 조회 도구를 사용하여 해당 ID가 연결된 Dropbox 계정을 확인하는 것이 좋습니다.

        Hi JJLEE, can you please clarify if you have two Dropbox accounts linked to two different emails?

         

        If you have the transaction ID that is linked to your charge, I suggest that you use our self-serve look-up tool in order to see which Dropbox account it links to.
