Mysteriously charged $120 on PayPal - how can I get a refund?

Hi there--I have the basic plan and was charged 120 though Paypal for a dropbox account.

 

Because I'm actually a basic member I am unable to access customer support to ask for a refund. Credit card finder won't work because the payment went through paypal. When I go to my account info when logged in it doesn't show me signed up for a plan.

 

Any help appreciated!

    Hi there pglowaski - sorry to hear about this.

     

    In this case, I'd suggest getting in contact with our team using this form. Just make sure to use an incognito window without signing into any Dropbox account and fill in all the relevant information.

     

    Once you do this and get a ticket number from our system, you can share it with us here so that we can look it up in our system as well, if needed.

     

    I hope this gets sorted for you soon.
