I paid for a Plus plan, but now I can't locate it.

Hello

 

I did a paypal transaction for a plus package for an account I don't remember.  What can I do to ask Dropbox the good account ?

    Check your various email addresses for any messages from Dropbox. You would have likely received email from Dropbox at the address associated with your account. If you're unable to find any emails from Dropbox, you'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly.

     

    Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
