I just bought the Essentials signature plan & now try to change to Essentials Plan.
Hi,
I just bought the Essentials signature plan, but then realized I couldn't send bulk signatures, so I tried to upgrade to the Essentials Plan. But I am having no luck. I go to the page with my credit card info, hit the submit button, and nothing happens.
Can you help?
Also, I'm trying to figure out how to save my signature requests to a particular folder on Dropbox, but I can't seem to figure that out, either. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hey trobe70, welcome to our Community!
Can you clarify your Dropbox subscription at the moment? You'd most likely need to cancel and downgrade from the Dropbox Sign Essentials plan, before you can re-upgrade using the Dropbox Essentials plan.
