I have been downgraded even though I was charged, why?
I have been downgraded from Professional to Basic, although my PayPal account was charged by Dropbox for automatic renewal (Transaction ID: removed). Why?

Have you tried using our self-serve look-up tool, in order to locate where the charge is coming from?
That'll help us exclude the possibility of a second Dropbox account. Can you give it a go?
