Possibly fraudulent charge
Yesterday I discovered that EUR 21 monthly have been charged off my credit card from a recipient named
DROPBOX SIGN MONTHLY SAN FRANCISCO since March. There is no other information regarding the recipient of the monthly charge. The following things are unclear about this charge:
- There is no transaction ID in the format as requested in the credit card charge search tool.
- My Dropbox account associated with this e-mail does't show any paid plans, and I don't use Dropbox with any other e-mail addresses.
- I cannot remember to request any priced plan via Dropbox
- I could not find any plan with a monthly charge of EUR 21
Is there any possibility that this monthly charge is justified, or shall I contact my bank directly and try to get the money back?
Greetings
Stefan
If you didnt give Dropbox Sign (https://sign.dropbox.com/) your details you need to contact your bank.
If you DID then its legit.
Note you wont find it on this site you need to go direct to Dropbox Sign: https://sign.dropbox.com/
