Fraudulent Charges

I had Drop box for about a year (paid upfront) it ended in November.  I started looking at my credit card statement and noticed I am still being charged $20.00 a month for "Dropbox Sign Monthly" there is no transaction number and the only thing I can see is partial website www.hellca__.  I looked further into my credit card statements and can see I have been charged this amount since January!  😕  $240.00   My initial subscription was for $199.00 and paid in full from 11/2022 to 11/2023.  How did or what is going on with this charge?   Please help.

      Thank you I did send them a message through site you gave me. It’s just weird cause I don’t ever remembering visiting their site.
