I need to increase the free space on my SSD.
I am using Windows 10.
I need to increase the free space on my SSD.
Dropbox details are:
Size 39.2GB
Size on disk 48.6GB
If I set it to "Make online only" will I end up with more disk space and, if so, when?
Do I right-click Dropbox in File Explorer and click "Make online-only"?
That worked, thanks Megan.

Hi 3CA, let's jump right into this!
Changing the status of your content from "available offline" to "online-only" should help you free up some of your hard drive space, once the changes are fully synced.
In order for you to make the change, you need to locate a folder/file inside the Dropbox folder, right click on them and choose "make online-only".
If you have any questions, let me know!

Hi 3CA I can see that Megan helped you increase the space on your SSD last year.
I am Theresa a Community Manager here at Dropbox and I'm curious to know how things have been going with Dropbox since then.I always enjoy learning how people use Dropbox in their daily routines. If you're open to sharing, I'd love to hear how you've been using it... whether it's for storing photos, schoolwork, or something else entirely. You never know, we might even have some useful tips to share with you.
Looking forward to hearing from you,T 🎃 (Dropbox Community Manager)
