Missing a LOT of storage space after my plan expired.
Prior to a year ago... I had the basic account with a bunch of 'bonus' storage for different reasons. In total I had about 113GB (I don't remember the exact). At that point, I bought a One Year 2TB plan at a discount through a third party. I ended up having just over 2.1TB...
Fast forward to now... my 2TB plan expired recently (not sure when, but I just noticed it today) and the app in my system tray is complaining that I'm using 87.5GB of my 13.3GB. Where is my other 100GB that I had prior to this? I made sure before my 2TB ran out I was back under what I should have had so that Dropbox wouldn't break.
Obviously with the 2TB expiring I lost the ability to actual contact Dropbox and forced to 'hope' for help here.

No, there's no way to export the items on the Events page.
Since you lost 100GB of space, I'd guess that you had earned 100GB through one of the device-specific promotions, like from a ChromeBook or other laptop promotion, or perhaps a mobile device. Those are often time-limited and expire after a year or two.
You can see all of the space you've earned, including that which has expired, on your Referrals page.

Hey Archigos, let's jump right into this!
Keep in mind, that referral bonus can go up to either 16 or 32GB depending if you have a paid account or not.
Now, my guess for your case is that you either had a promotion, or coupon that might have expired while you used your paid plan.
If you visit your plan page and scroll down, or check your events page, do you see any sign there that could give you an idea as to what happened to your added space?
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

Thank you Megan for the quick response.
I checked the plan page and it only showed the 1-year 2TB plan I had entered the code for. I'm still checking the events page now... Sadly the search bar on that page searches your files and not the event list, so I've scrolled back and check everything back to Dec. 3 so far, but I'm going to go all the way back to Jan 10 2023 if I can (that's the day I activated the 1-year) to see if I had something expire.
I've had promotions in the past that I know expired (before this happened) but I honestly can't remember if I had any active recently. I know the majority of what I had did not come from referrals... I think I've only had 1 maybe 2 referrals ever and the account is like a decade+ old.
I have to leave for doctors so I can't finish checking on this now, but thank you again for letting me know about the events so I can hopefully find it when I get back.
--Edit--
Is there a way to export the entire events list from present day to say Jan 10 2023? This scrolling one line at a time is very slow.
