I received a 25GB HP Promotional dropbox space increase, yet I should have received 100GB

Hello,

 

I took some time to review the terms of your HP Promotion:

https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/space-storage/hp-promotion

The table indicates that HP Devices purchased on or after 9/1/2020 are to have a promotional offer of 100GB of Dropbox space for 12 months.

 

I purchased a HP 15t-dy200 Touch Laptop directly from HP's website on 11/26/2020. This laptop was assembled new on 12/03/2020, and was delivered on 12/10/2020. By all accounts it should have the 100GB Dropbox offer, however it only came with the 25GB offer through the pre-loaded software, which was added to my account.

 

Is there any way that support can fix this? I have receipts for my laptop purchase.

      I'm facing the same issue, purchased my laptop on 20 Jan 2021, followed the steps, but received 25 GB space. Daphne if possible, can you take a look?

      I purchased an HP Omen laptop this year (2021) and should have received 100GBs for free. However, my laptop only had the 25GB promotion that didn't even come through when I signed up via the link. Now I am stuck with only 2GB space for 10GB of data that I need to transfer. Please help.

      I'm in the same boat, however, I didn't even get the 25GB when I did the promo. I only got 2GB.

    I have purchased new HP laptop in year 2021. However, i have received only 25 Gb of space. However, when i read through the terms of the offer, I was eligible for 100 GB space. In addition, I want to know if I would receive the space every year from the start of the offer or only for one year?

        I also have the same issue. I purchased my new laptop in 2021 and got only 25GB. I was not aware of the 100GB offer earlier till one of my friends highlighted same today. While searching for solution, i stumbled upon this article and it appears to be common issue. Can @walter please help?
