Change Member name
I have a member who I have authorised to share, but her name is wrong. She is down as Sarah instead of Sam, although the email address is correct. How do I change her name
Hey Susandoherty8, I'd be happy to help!
It sounds like you've shared a folder or file with that user, which means that what you're seeing is their username.
Since you're not able to edit their account settings, they can check their username from their General tab online.
From there, if they want to, they can also change it by clicking on Edit that should be next to it.
Ask them to give that a try and let me know how it goes. Thanks!

I thought that may be the case, but couldn't understand why she would use a different name.
I'll tell her, thank you for your assistance and confirmation of my thoughts.
Best wishes, Susan
