Hey Robertbm, sorry to jump in, but have you tried requesting the desktop version of the website though the browser you're using?

Hey there, Robertbm, welcome to our Community!
It sounds like you're having some issues trying to view your Backup, when you're using our mobile app, on your iPhone, is that right? If not, feel free to clarify.
What happens when you visit your Backup page online, using your mobile? Are you able to see your backup there?
Keep me posted!

When I on the iPhone my Backup page online try to open I get a picture of a buldog with the text to update my browser to the newest version of Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari. Edge seems not to exist for iPhone, the other 3 are updated (several times) and that was no solution.
