Pop-ups in my Basic account keep prompting me to re-subscribe to Plus
Hi, I have been using the Basic Plan for a while now and it has worked well. Recently, I have been getting an annoying popup requesting that I resubscribe to the Plus Plan eventhough I have always been using the Basic Plan. The popup states "Welcome back, Michael! We noticed that your subscription has ended. Resubscribe now to not miss out on advanced productivity features and 2,000 GB or more of space." It shows my current plan as Basic with the 'Current Plan' button greyed out and prompts me to resubscribe to the Plus Plan. The popup is very annoying and interferes with the smooth running of Dropbox. Also, any new items I add, via the browser webpage, do not show up on any device. How can I stop this popup as I want to continue with the basic plan? Regards,
Allow a personal account to have more than 3 TB, or more than 4 TB with the add on
Hello, I'm a graphic designer with over 15 years of workload. This obviously equates to extreme files sizes. I was disappointed to learn Dropbox don't offer a package for single users over 3TB. I work solely and require more cloud space and don't want to have to upgrade to a 'per user' plan as this isn't cost effective. This option has to become available soon.
Allow users to link personal quota, with space from another user.
Can you all please allow the ability to link other personal accounts to the primary account of a paid user? I have the Essential plan and with three 3TB I would like to share some of this space with my 16 & 15 year old who are both digital communications majors in high school. This would be no different than me sharing my iCloud storage with them, but I have more space on Dropbox. They need the ability to edit, upload, and create videos/photos without me having to pay extra for space that I could just share.Couldn't start trial due to "technical error", after trying to claim Seagate promotion
Hello, I have recently bought a seagate external storage that included a 180 day Dropbox Backup Plan. However, whenever I try to follow the steps to start the trial to upgrade my account, after putting all of my payment method information, I get immediately redirected to the dropbox home page with a red message at the top of saying "Couldn't start trial due to technical error". I've tried doing it on different browsers, looked online for help but cannot find anything, and since technically my account is still on a "basic plan", there is no way for me to contact support. I bought the Family Monthly plan via de Play Store and I want to upgrade to an Annual subcription yet the app doesn't let me do it? I read that the "family" plan is not supported via Play Store but how is so, i was able to bought it via the Play Store as Monthly (and also Yearly but I choose first to try it out) but now i am unable to upgrade my plan to an annual basis."cf.dropboxpayments.com refused to connect." - I can't upgrade my account.
I am trying to upgrade my account, but I'm getting an error when I choose credit card that states "cf.dropboxpayments.com refused to connect." Since I do not have a paid account yet, I cannot talk to a live customer service person. Any thoughts on how to make a payment? I do not have paypal.
