I run a nonprofit foundation that helps get people to work (the KeelWorks Foundation). Dropbox would be very helpful, but we haven't the funds to pay staff, so we have to be very careful with our money. The words "nonprofit", "charity", and 501c3 yield zero results. So... no luck for us?4Views0likes0CommentsGet your 2025 Travel Plans sorted with Dropbox ✈️
Ah, January. The festive season is behind us, and while the weather may not be the best (like here in Ireland anyway 🌧️), it’s the perfect time to set your sights on something brighter... Planning an incredible trip for 2025! After all, nothing beats the winter blues quite like daydreaming about future adventures 🏖️. And here’s the best part, Dropbox is here to make your travel planning not just easier but actually enjoyable ✈️. Here’s how to use it to organize your trip like a pro (and keep the stress at bay, well.. until it’s time to pack 🧳). Starting your travel plans can be overwhelming so my first point of call would be to create a Travel 2025 Folder. Inside, create subfolders for each trip you’re dreaming of. Whether it’s a foodie tour in Italy 🍝🇮🇹 or a beach escape to Bali 🏖️🌴, having everything neatly organized in one place will make planning a breeze. Got travel buddies? Make life easier (and arguments fewer) by creating a shared Dropbox folder. Everyone can pop in their ideas 💡, flight options ✈️, and must-see spots 📍. Plus, when someone inevitably asks, “Wait, where are we staying?” you can just point them to the folder. When you travel 🌍, you never know how your mobile or cell data is going to be affected, and you can't rely on wifi networks. But this will be no problem, as you’ve already saved offline copies of your tickets 🎫, hotel reservations. You can now even re-read the sightseeing itinerary you put together mid-flight and get extra excited 🤩. Don’t let your stunning sunset pics and foodie shots be jeopardized by an overworked phone memory. Use Dropbox to back up your travel photos 📸 as you go by using mobile camera uploads . Hey, even if your phone also decides to take a dip in the pool 🏊♂️, your memories are safe and sound 💌. Forgetfulness happens to the best of us, especially when juggling flights, tours, and packing lists. Link Dropbox to your calendar and set reminders for key travel dates. You’ll never miss a check-in 🛫 or forget to book that romantic dinner with a view 🌇. So, what are you waiting for? Pour yourself a cup of coffee (or a glass of wine🍷, we’re not judging 😉), open up Dropbox, and start planning your 2025 getaway. With everything organized and at your fingertips, this year is already looking brighter. Bon voyage! 🌍✈️13Views1like0CommentsI need an affordable Family plan with decent storage.
I have a familiy with five members. Everybody has a Dropbox account. It is no option to pay for 5 pro accounts. Even one pro account is too costly. What I need is a affordable service for my family with a reasonable amount of storage. $100 for 1TB is "double" too much. We love the service, but there are other (in home) options. It's time to change....17KViews15likes18CommentsWe'd like to have a Dropbox Business plan with less than 5 licenses.
I agree. It's too expensive and the five user minimum is unreasonable. We are a three-person IT support team. We'd like to have a Dropbox for Business account so that we can remain intimately familiar with the features and speak intelligently when recommending services to our customers, but we don't want to pay for five users when we only have 3 (or possibly even two now).6.3KViews2likes12CommentsIs End to End encryption only on Business plans? Can I have a plan like that for 1 user only?
Hi, the end to end encryption is only available on the business plus. Can I create a business plus account as one member team? Or is there any plan where end to end encryption would be available?Solved303Views1like2CommentsWhich plan would be the best for me? I need to use 10-20TB as an individual.
Hi everyone. I've spent a while reading all the plans to upgrade to, but I don't really understand and would welcome some advice. I purely want to store images, but a lot! Somewhere around 10-20TB. It's just me, no other users, so can't work out which way to go on this. Can anyone advise?20Views0likes1CommentIs Dropbox Basic Still Allowed for Business Use in 2025?
I remember reading about this question around 4 years ago, but I’m curious if anything has changed since then. Specifically, is it still allowed to use a Dropbox Basic account for business purposes? Are there any new legal restrictions or limitations that businesses should be aware of when considering Dropbox Basic for commercial use? Thanks in advance!13Views0likes1CommentI paid for a subscription, but the new plan isn't reflected on my Dropbox account.
Hello, I have paid for subscription, money was charged from my bank account, but the plan didn't change and I don't see this subscription next to my account, didn't receive any email. Even can't write a human being to check situation, this is so frustrating. I need this very fast, let me know what to do asap.52Views0likes10CommentsI accidentally upgraded the wrong Dropbox account. How can I upgrade my personal one instead?
I upgraded my Dropbox account but I don't know why it went to my office email address. Now I want to change it to my personal email account, which it keeps on saying " it has been taken" How shall I go about it please help. Should I delete the account?26Views0likes4CommentsAllow a personal account to have more than 3 TB, or more than 4 TB with the add on
Hello, I'm a graphic designer with over 15 years of workload. This obviously equates to extreme files sizes. I was disappointed to learn Dropbox don't offer a package for single users over 3TB. I work solely and require more cloud space and don't want to have to upgrade to a 'per user' plan as this isn't cost effective. This option has to become available soon.57KViews163likes194Comments
