Error when trying to open an Excel file online
Hi !
I am on Mac and when I open a file in my box on safari or google, I can not edit it via Excel for the web. When I open the file a drawing of a dog appears saying that there's been a problem...
I have tried to clear my history but nothing changes. Do you have any idea of what I should do ?

Hey ManonManonManon, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Can you please clarify if the error appears immediately when you try to simply open the file to preview it on dropbox.com?
Or are you able to preview the file as normal, but the error appears when you choose "Open in" > "Excel for the web"?
What if you do this from a private browsing/incognito window?
Let me know what you find.
