No longer receive any emails from Dropbox on email address that contains 'dropbox'

For years I have a free Dropbox account using an emailaddress hosted on my own domain that has the word 'dropbox' before the @. So the emailaddress is of the form "dropbox@mydomain.com".  Since somew...

    Hey dv9009, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

     

    Could you maybe try another browser other than the one you used and let us know if you're still not receiving the email to reset your account's password?
