direct debit taken twice on annual renewal, how do I contact dropbox to fix this

Hey @peanut office - sorry to hear about this.

 

In this case, you can reach out directly to our support team through this form.

 

Just make sure to use an incognito window without logging into any Dropbox account and fill in all the relevant information.

 

Once you get a ticket from our system, feel free to share its ID with us here so that we can look it up in our system as well if needed.
