Paid for upgrade but not on account
Hi, I upgraded and paid for the upgrade. The transactions were successful but the storage did not upgrade. Thank you in advance! // Sabina

Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site itself, or via the mobile app?
According to your card statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?
This will help me to assist further!
