I didn't get a confirmation email for my subscription - I was charged and want to cancel
I did not receive a confirmation email on my subscription. Now that I want to stop using it I can not seem to communicate with anybody in your company to resolve it. How about a Help Line with a person to speak with.
I have a ticket number but no resolution.
I am being billed for something I do not want nor am I able to unsubscribe according to your confusing instructions.
Fix this please.
