I have been charged EUR 19,99 from my Visa card and I want a refund please. How do i get a refund put back into my account?

Can you visit this page in order for you to create a new ticket about this? It's best to try using an incognito mode on your browser, while signed out of the account.
Once you do, feel free to let me know the ticket number reference, so I can locate it on our system.
